There are four levels of cover to choose from, starting at just
£1 per employee, per week. Your employees can opt to upgrade

Provides instant access, 24hrs a day to online information and

HR Helpline
Designed to support those in your business involved in People
Management, the HR Helpline provides 24hrs a day telephone
access to free and confidential advice from a team of qualified
Counsellors, Medical Advisors and Lawyers.
Company Health Report
Derived from the employee online Personal Health Risk
Assessment, the Company Health Risk Assessment allows you to
gain a better understanding of your workforce’s overall health
and wellbeing and enables you to take preventative action by
targeting those areas of biggest concern.
Our DoctorLine™ module is available free of charge to NCA
members when you buy the core Foresight Plan. With DoctorLine™
you can provide your employees with unlimited and convenient
telephone access, from anywhere in the world, to a team of fully
qualified practising GPs, 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. The GP
will provide a diagnosis of symptoms where possible and
recommend next steps. Employees will also enjoy special deals at
UK health and fitness clubs – helping them to get fit for less.
Additional value added modules***
Two additional modules are also available to complement the core
Foresight Plan ... all for a modest premium!
Westfield Health’s innovative, market leading Surgery Choices
provides additional cover for 60 different surgical procedures
(normally classed by the NHS as non-urgent) - without the
excessive PMI price tag. From just an extra £1.24 per employee,
per week, Surgery Choices is an affordable and inclusive
healthcare choice for your whole workforce and gives your staff
the reassurance that if they are unable to obtain speedy access
to treatment through the NHS, they can access private treatment
quickly.
For an extra 15p per employee, per week, you can select For Kids
cover for all those employees with dependent children.
Alternatively, you can choose to select cover for your whole
workforce at a discounted premium of 7p per employee, per week.
For Kids covers dependent children on a range of healthcare
benefits at the same plan level as the employee. Benefits
include dental, optical, therapy treatments and consultations,
helping to ease any worries parents may have when budgeting for
child healthcare.
